Athletics New Zealand have announced the 20-member team to the World University Games in Daegu, Korea 21-31 August. Sophie Chiet from Bays Cougars club has been selected to Vault for New Zealand. NZ performance Manager Tony Rogers says that the athletes named are all athletes that have potential to represent New Zealand in Athletics at the highest level over the next few years with many targeting the Melbourne Commonwealth Games as their major goal.
