2003 Training Info

Hi - I wanted to share this great photo of Olympic silver medallist Tatiana Grigorieva. The photo appeared on the April 2003 cover of the magazine of the Australian Track & Field Coaches Association - "Modern Athlete and Coach". The picture is credited to "Sporting Images". Please read below to see why I think it's such a good photo.

Please have a good look at the photo and notice the following points:

• Left thigh - parallel to the ground
• Left foot - parallel to the ground (well not quite)
• Upper body - very upright with slight forward lean
• Right leg - fully extended (straight)
• Right foot - ankle extension
• Left elbow - low
