2003 Training Info

The training group in Wellington is transitioning from indoor gymnastics training to outdoor training at the track. We have 3 more gym sessions paid for, and for a few weeks we can do both indoor and outdoor training. For this time I'd like to do the track stuff on Tuesdays. Those who can only make one session a week should do the track rather than gym at this stage. The aim is to get everyone confident to vault at the first interclub which is on October 11th.

Training dates for the next few weeks:

Tues 9 September NO GYM TRAINING
Sunday 14 September 10am Training at Newtown Park
Tues 16 September 5.30pm Gym Training at YMCA
Tues 23 September 5.15pm Training at Newtown Park
Tues 25 September 5.30pm Gym Training at YMCA
Sunday 28 September Non-Vaulting Activity: location to be confirmed!
Tues 30 September 5.15pm Training at Newtown Park
Thurs 2 October 5.30pm Last Gym Session at YMCA
Tues 7 October 5.15pm Training at Newtown ParkM
Saturday 11 October 1.30pm Competition (Interclub + College League) at Newtown Park

After which:
Tuesdays 5.15 Training at Newtown Park
Saturdays 1.30 Competition at Newtown or Away; training if no comp.
