Course starts at Herries Park and heads out onto Rewi St heading south to Old Te Aroha Rd then heading south, turning left into Waiorongomai Rd, left into Waiorongomai Loop Rd, right back into Old Te Aroha Rd and then back to Herries Park the same way, finishing at Herries Park.

5km Course

5km course map
Course starts in Herries Park then across farmland, under the Coulter Bridge, over the river walk and a lap of the Wetlands returning the same way finishing in Herries Park.
